Guangbo Group hold 2006 economic work meeting

 

 

Guangbo Group has developed for 14 years. On the 31^st Dec, 2005, Guangbo 2006 economic work meeting was held on time. All the branch company managers, branch factory directors totally more than 90 persons attended the meeting presided by general manager Wangjunping.

What we have got in 2005

On the meeting, we are excited for the performance reported by the principal of all branch companies. In 2005, though we have the problem of raw material price increasing, shortage of labor resource, plant movement, more competition in the market, foreign exchange rate fluctuation and anti dumping to paper stationery product from American market these unfavorable factors, our group still made great progress in oversea market and started strategic cooperation with big customer. At the same time, multi industry started brought profit to our group company.

In 2005, our group finish sales amount RMB2.03 billion with profit RMB71.35 million. We accomplished our target completely. There were 1.01 times of printing finished, 23.15 million album, 52.62 million volumes, 2.74 million boxes and 10.64 million souvenir bag made in the last whole year.

In the aspect of traditional stationery industry, guangbo achieved sales amount RMB510 million creased 12% to last year including 350 million export value from our own company increased 8% and 69.94 million as agent increased 38% to last year. Our domestic market sales amount is 89.82 million increased 6.4%. Digital Camera Company achieved sales amount 90.65 million in the line of new technology industry and namometer Company was 8.02 million both of them increased a lot to last year. In addition, branch trading company income also increased.

Guangbo not only achieved a lot in sales but also in the company image promotion, company brand name spreading.

In 2005, Guangbo group established Guangbo Guizhou hope school, applied for China famous brand, invested a lot on 8.1 Guangbo women basketball team and attended Olympic Games new item declaration. All of those activity improved reputation of our group.In the meanwhile, our group kept on strengthening culture construction to be the culture industry demonstration base of Zhejiang province. With our efforts, the position of our company in this industry line was improved in a further step.

What we are expecting for in 2006

When we summarize the performance we have got in the last year, president Wangliping points out that year 2006 is a new starting point in the way of developing of our group. In 2006 and for the near future, our target is to develop our company to be a multi industry stock group. Our main market strategy is based on excellent management and brand operation to make our traditional stationery industry stronger, improve sales scale of namometer and digital products to bring more income, use present land resource and capital ability to develop residential market and commercial landed estate, by the way of capital operation come into domestic stock market for traditional industry and abroad stock for high and new industry. By using all of our advantage, we will develop our group rapidly and stronger.

In 2006, with the development of multi industry, we expect to increase of sales amount especially in digital industry and estate business industry that will bring us nearly RMB 1 billion sales accrual, total sales amount RMB3 billion and RMB 150 million profit.

In the near future, Guangbo group will pay more on brand construction including craftwork developing,, brand advantage, market developing, inner management. Namometer company will stress on technology research. Digital company plan to produce 822 thousand sets digital products including 762 thousand sets exported to abroad market, 20 thousand sets sold in domestic market, personal multimedia player 20 thousand sets and digital video camera 20 thousand sets. The sales amount is expected to be USD46.30 million. In addition, Guangbo group will enter into estate industry and develop own estate project” Sunshine garden”.

In the new year, we will have a wonderful chance and many uncertain factors but we believe we can do much better than before.
