On August 15, Zhang Jinkang, deputy director of Ningbo People's Congress, and its environmental protection enforcement group, all together about twenty people came to Guangbo for inspect and guide. It is said that the purpose of this visiting group is to give a comprehensive inspection on the enforcement of constructing ecological city. Accompanied by President Wang Liping, they investigated the workshop, visited the company sample exhibition center, and had  a friendly talk in the meeting room.
