On September 17th, leaders of Ningbo Labour Union came to Guangbo to investigate Guangbo Group's trade union work. Investigation team heard Guangbo Group's trade union working report, and held forum with some trade union cadres and worker representatives.

Later, accompanied by Zhu Guozhang, chairman of Guangbo Group trade union, leaders of the trade union also came to the working shop and had a nice talk with these first line workers, had a field study of employees' dormitory building, admired Guangbo Group's measures on setting up immigrant workers' harmonious mutual benefit association, staff culture center, library and so on.

Leaders of the trade union gave fully affirmation the Guangbo Group's trade union work, and gave some requrements in their future work, that is, firmly around economic development centre, promoting economic development as the trade union's starting point, working hard and seeking practical results on promoting enterprise development, stabilizing the employee staff, improving workers' qualities, coordinating labor relations, dare to speak for workers, do practical things for workers with efforts. Meanwhile, should improve workers' qualities, promote enterprise culture construction, constantly strengthen the cohesiveness of trade union organizations.
