It’s reported that for the convenience of employees returning home for the New Year, Guangbo Group will charter buses and send employees separately to Anhui, Jiangsu, Shangdong, Jiangxi and so on. Such large-scale sending employees returning home, Guangbo Group has done this for seven years, non-stop year by year.

Zhu Guozhang, chairman of Guangbo Group trade union, said: “Doing this for employees is a kind of cohesion. It’s busy for production before returning home. Help them book the tickets. They know fairly well, which is helpful for the enterprise. It is beneficial to both sides, not only employees but the enterprise.”
