On the evening of May 28, employees' heart-to-heart talk organized by Guangbo Group trade union was held. Employees from each sub plant and department of the Group sat around, talking freely about the happiness and worry on life and work.  

Zhu Guozhang, trade union chairman and the deputy secretary of the party, had a face-to-face with employees, listening to everyone's heart. At the cool party, some employees talked about their troubles in work, lingering between to leave or stay. Some employees lack of confidence in operation. Some group leaders worried about the management on own workers. Secretary Zhu answered the questions put forward by the employees at the scene, and record the problems need to be solved by the workshop and other departments, get solved through administrative channel.

Like such heart-to-heart talk, will be held in Guangbo Group almost each quarter. The purpose is to learn about employees' thoughts, solve problems for us. In Guangbo, 55% of the employees are young new employees, working and living far from own hometown. Emotions like homesick, restless and confusion often disturbed them. To promptly resolve these feelings, besides heart-to-heart talk, the company also often has individual talk with employees with unusual emotion, let employees open their hearts to talk.

Xiao Wang from Shanxi has been worked in Guangbo for three years. Last year, she brought her two fellows to work in the company. "The company just likes a warm big family. No matter what difficulties you may meet, leaders and colleagues will come to help you and encourage you." Xiao Wang once attended the heart-to-heart talk during her first year in the company, because of slow learning in technique and not used to the living. "Leaders all encourage me to carry on, which gives me lot of confidence." Xiao Wang showed, the company let her have the real feeling of family. She will continue to work hard as before, and serve for this family with everyone together.

Manager Zhang from the personnel department is one of the organizers. She has been responsible for personnel work for many years. She said, the company is in the gradual development. This year it has employed many new employees. Most of them were introduced by the fellows. Employees are so stable, having much to do with heart-to-heart talk. Many employees who attended the heart-to-heart talk, also enlightened colleagues having unusual emotion. Such positive circulation let the company's atmosphere become better and better.
