On July 11, Wang Liping, President of Guangbo Group, withstanding hot of over 30 degrees, came to "Boao" site which is under construction to inspect and guide.

"Boao" is the sunshine Lai Yuen community second project which is invested and developed by Guangbo real estate construction company, consisted of seven small high-rise residential buildings, 354 sets of model human settlements as a total. The principal part of the project has completely finished. Now it's doing the work of greening and water and electricity testing work.

At 10:00 that morning, President Wang Liping came to the construction site of "Boao", got a good look at the district greening, decoration, circuit and water debugging, and required construction units guarantee the quality and quantity, achieve all tasks as scheduled.

Then President Wang Liping came to the house that has been built, checking  the installation of facilities like wires and pipes, and warned head of real estate company to seek the views of owners on some details. "We only have one goal, that is, letting the owners live uncomfortably." 

After the inspection, President Wang Liping held on-site office, hearing the report of all circumstances.

Sales and marketing department thought, since April this year, affected by the macro-policy, the real estate market appeared certain wait-and-see atmosphere. However, the price of Ningbo residential buildings is still very strong, having a good market prospect. What's more, a large number of facilities like light rail have opened. "Boao" and its surroundings will become Ningbo citizens' another hot spot for living and investment.

Wang Liping pointed out,below the premise that ensures quality and safety, design, construction unit, sales department and property management department should pull together, speed up the construction, overall finish Boao as soon as possible, let the owners move into their homes soon.
