Early spring in March, the weather is barely warm but still cool. Guangbo Group organized hard-working female employees to have a lively tug-of-war competition. Let them relax and enjoy pleasure in the competition, to celebrate own festival, "March 8" International Women's Day, with cheers and laughter.

About 2:00 p.m., many people gathered at the factory's main road, the field of tug-of-war. All on-job female employees got together happily, happy as a lark. After the company's chief executive warmly expressed festival greeting and blessing to female employees, Guangbo Group "Celebrating Woman's Day" tug-of-war competition drew the curtain amid the applause.

First, leaders of 11 teams organized by female employee representative draw lots. Paper Products No.2 Factory and Chunxun Company started first. Their laughter full of sunshine brought happy and warm atmosphere to the field. Leaders were full of confidence, called in and arranged own team members quickly. With referee's whistle, the competition started. Each team made every effort. The competition was very excellent. On-looker colleagues helped count the number of players of participating teams, cheering for them.

After the fierce competition, Paper Products No.2 Factory team won the championship smoothly. Delicate Books Factory team was the runner-up. Paper Products No.3 Factory team won the third place. The prizes distributed after the competition made female employees ecstatic. With economical and practical Women's Day prizes, female employees went back to own posts happily.

Tug-of-war competition marked female employees' vigour and elegant demeanour, rolled down its curtain in the happy and peaceful atmosphere.
