In the past two years, with the continuous deepening of corporate culture within the group company, it has become an important cornerstone driving the company's development and consolidating team strength. However, on the path of practice, we also realize soberly that although the concept of corporate culture has deeply penetrated people's hearts, there are still some areas that urgently need to be improved in the process of implementation.Therefore, the group company has decided to launch a series of corporate culture courses, aiming to deepen the understanding of corporate culture among all employees at the action level through closer and deeper communication and discussion, and promote the close integration of cultural concepts with practical work.

On October 16th, Shu Yueping, deputy secretary of the Party committee of the Group company, opened the first corporate culture class. Vice Secretary Shu Yueping first emphasized the importance of corporate culture in enterprise management. He pointed out that corporate culture is an important force in promoting the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises. Through rich cases and vivid language, he explained the role of implementing corporate culture in enterprise management, and shared his personal experience and unique insights.

Among them, deputy secretary Shu Yueping emphasized the importance of concepts such as "cost reduction", "responsibility", and "integrity" based on the actual situation of Guangbo Group. He mentioned that as a manufacturing enterprise, the situation between companies is also different, so middle-level leaders must help employees understand the corporate culture based on the actual work environment, rather than forcing and enforcing it rigidly. In addition, deputy secretary Shu Yueping also encourages middle-level leaders to continuously learn and improve their comprehensive qualities and leadership abilities to better adapt to the needs of competition and development. In the future, the dissemination of corporate culture should be more diversified and closely related to the actual situation of employees, and deeply integrate corporate culture with daily business.

After the course ended, the middle-level leaders present expressed that they had benefited greatly. Many middle-level cadres believe that this corporate culture course not only deepened their understanding of Guangbo Group's corporate culture concept, but also made them more clear about their responsibilities and missions in corporate culture construction.
