A meeting for strategy
On the 5th, Feb, Guangbo group annual meeting for domestic marketing work in 2006 was held in the headquarters of our Group presided by domestic marketing department manager Mr.Zhanghua. Our president Mr.Wangliping, general manager Wangjunping, domestic market sales manager Zhanghua,Mr. Gongdarong, branch department managers attended this meeting.
On the meeting, general manager Wangjunping pointed out our success and shortage of the job in 2005 domestic market. He said that our sales achievement was increased and all kinds of jobs in branch companies were also improved especially for the operation ability of sales channel. All the region managers on the meeting offered their suggestions aimed at the feature of domestic market.
President Wangliping said on the meeting that we would make new regulation for our salesman to make greater performance in 2006. In this year, based on the direction of domestic market and customer satisfaction, we will keep to build Guangbo brand.
Quality first
In 2005, Guangbo Group made great performance. We achieved production value 1.55 billion and 2.03 billion sales amount including USD72 billion export value. It increased 27%, 39% and32% separately compared to last year. Especially in domestic market, we have accomplished our sales target.
Great performance is the best recognition for the hard wok to our employees. The excellent quality and superior service assure Guangbo group to develop continuously. We have been convinced of it and we will keep strengthening technology and science innovation and improvement.
Guangbo Group own world advanced production equipment, technology and professional research team. We invested 350 million on the important production machine including computer 4-5 colors offset printing machine, double color and cover machine, full automatic lining machine and ultrasonic album manufacture machine. In 2005, we bought CPT digital pre-printing system with international advance level. By improving digital and network technology for pre-printing production process, we provided our product in much better quality and superior service. At present, Guangbo group have possessed near 42 sets printing equipment and been biggest printing company. These equipments assure the production of album and volume and also support our group developing in domestic market.
Till now, our album and volume have registered patent in 9 countries and passed ISO-9002 and IS0-9001 quality management authentication system. In addition, combined with our own advantage, we have made ZJGBXG-001 and ZJGBC-001 enterprise standard. Under this background, we prompt our Guangbo brand positively and occupy more market share. Now there are 5 enterprises under our group passed ISO9001 quality management system authentication that is 85% of our production model enterprises and we register 42 brand name in our country. The execution of ISO9001:2000 helped us a lot in improving the quality of album and volume.
Sales network
In order to improve core competitive ability, Guangbo group adjusted marketing system continuously. Now we have established sales network and improved brand image greatly. The sales of Guangbo Products remained advanced position in domestic market.
Till now, Guangbo group has founded 15 branch companies all over the country to assure the sales channel for Guangbo products and achieved great sales performance. At present, Guangbo group stationery products have occupied 90% share in domestic professional stationery market and cooperated with Wal-mart, Metor and Auchan stably.
In the near future, Guangbo group will connect with all the branch companies, marketing department and sales shop together by digital project and establish chain system of information center and logistic center throughout the country.
Brand supporting
The mature sales network depends on a mature and admissive brand and it’s not enough to enter into market just relying on high quality and powerful research team.
