President Wang Liping makes a speech on how to create enterprise core-competence in new economic era, which includes three parts. Part one emphasizes the opportunity period faced by chinese manufacturing industry represented by Guangbo from four aspects. 1. The successful listing of Guangbo Stock enlarges the Guangbo assets, gradual implementation of corresponding recruitment project and large-scale production system, all of these will lift Guangbo’s strong manufacturing ability. The production of Guangbo in the future, must be orientated towards precise treatment and high quality. Importing a series of advanced production equipment, importing and cultivating a group of high grade talents of production technology, provides a strong guarantee for Guangbo industry development. 2. Creating special marketing chain, by enlarging  overseas company. Cultivate and import lots of professional marketing talents, implement franchising management, carry out general agency in partial regional market and strengthen integration of brand. 3. Implementing brand development. Through the determination of chinese well-known trademark, chinese famous brand,etc, carrying out the protection of Guangbo brand worldwide. On the one aspect, it normalizes market-actions. On the other aspect, to increase propaganda and strengthen the brand registration work of products exempting from check and exported brand. 4. Guangbo as a public company puts listing as the new opportunity, creating more profits for the stock holders and creating new value for the enterprise. It invests the new projects with new increasing points, bearing more social responsibility.

In the second part of the speech, President Wang Liping takes practical situation into account and analyses Guangbo under new economic era, from the three aspects of brand strategy, innovation strategy and culture strategy, comprehensively lifting Guangbo’s core competency. President Wang Liping points out that in brand strategy, Guangbo will gain wide recognition from consumers by advertising and news propaganda. Guangbo will let dealer and consumers share economic benefit through agent, dealer and channel construction. Guangbo will make full use of the brand advantage, strengthen brand output function, making a good basis for the comprehensive and systemic industrial system.

Wang Liping emphasizes, innovation strategy is the key to further development. Chinese manufacture in future must be innovative one, not just the perfect labeling processing. Guangbo as well has to change from OEM to ODM, then to self-owned brand. From the innovation of technology modified, process improvement, intelligence and practical new type to achieve the effect of cluster innovation throughout Guangbo. Establish efficient talented person’s guarantee mechanism, by establishing unblocked communication platform, keep the dialogue and exchange with universities and scientific and research institute, keep rational flow of qualified people, strengthen importing and training, establish multiple and compound structure of talents. Innovation must be a unity, covering equipment, factory building and institute, fostering innovation talents, the establishment of standardization, quality control and information net, so as to realize large scale production system.

Wang Liping points out that culture strategy is the core issue to realize industrialization upgrade and embodiment of core value to create century Guangbo. In the third part, President Wang Liping puts forward specific strategic idea on Guangbo’s future development, from traditional industries’ exploring and specific development, from the deepening of hi-tech industry and extension of industry chain, from the gradual infiltration and exploit of third industry, constructing blueprint of futuristic development. Wang Liping says, in consolidating the development of traditional industry, we should take on paper products as core, exploring stationery industry, creating comprehensive stationery brand,  vigorously develop exquisite book project, do well in the reasonable disposition of related raising fund. In hi-tech industries, develop image product like DC, DV and digital photo frame. Through multimedia products, electronic products like mobile digital TV, develop consumer electronic products, create technology type Guangbo, greatly develop the third industry. By vigorous cultivation of real estate project, encourage it to go out. Participate the construction of domestic business zone and commercial housing project. By strengthening the participation of finance industry, invest hot projects and competitive projects. By moderately enter service industry, invest the development of projects like hotel business.
