As early as 2000, when Guangbo Nano just started, Wang Liping introduced a Doctor with nano technology returned from Canada, who became the shareholder by means of technology, with his international and domestic patents of invention. His overseas Dr. team also came back to China to develop. Under his lead, in December 2000, Guangbo's first high-level nano nickel powder production line put into production successfully. And then nano copper, nano compounds these high-tech products were developed successfully sequentially, filled in the blanks in China. Meanwhile, Guangbo Nano also achieved remarkable results with downstream applied manufacturers from the aspects of product development, pilot test, small quantities trial to industrialization batch application, product quality control, testing level and preparation techniques, breaking the monopoly of several Japanese manufacturers for many years.

While learning foreign advanced production management experience, through keeping close cooperation with Japanese and Korean major electronics enterprises, Guangbo Nano achieved the further development of own production and management. Japanese one large capacitor company even provided the most advanced test equipment, sent people to have on-site quality control, playing an important role of letting Guangbo products reach the international advanced level of similar products.
